I see the counselling process as a means of facilitating positive change for life. The relationship I share with a client is collaborative and meant to enable him or her to take responsibility for his or her own growth. To this end, counselling sessions are goal-oriented and solution-focused, while taking place in the context of a safe and supportive relationship. Counselling addresses emotions, thinking, behaviours, and recent developments in brain science, in order to promote change that is holistic, life-changing, and life-long.
