David's Rates per 60-Minute Session
$190 (couple or family) (1.5 to 2 hrs. recommended)
Cindy's Rates per 60-Minute Session
$150 (couple), or $160 (family)
Workshop and group fees vary.
Please Note: The last 10 minutes of a session are reserved for note-taking. For a one-hour session, clients can expect their time with their counsellor to be between 50 and 60 minutes. Rates reflect the recommendations of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and do not include GST.
Counselling costs may be covered by individuals, extended medical plans (Blue Cross, Great West Life), ICBC, Victim Services, or other sources. Method of payment will be established during the initial consultation.
New clients may schedule appointments directly with David or Cindy via email or text (see green box for contact info). Their current clients are asked to rebook using the online calendar here. All clients are encouraged to book a few sessions in advance, following the initial assessment, in order to guarantee preferred appointment times and counsellor availability. Please note: David's practice is currently full and closed to couples; he has very limited spaces for new individual clients, and the wait between sessions may be lengthy. Cindy has limited spaces for new individual clients and plans to reopen her practice to new couples and families in the fall of 2022.
E-Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard are preferred methods of payment, and all payments are due on the day of service.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. If you miss a session due to developing flu-like symptoms, you will not be charged.
Reduced fees for workshops and groups are available on a limited basis, with need established based on client income.
